Refund And Return Policy

30-Day Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items that are unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.

How to Start a Return

1. Email epathogcycling@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for return.


2. We will provide you with return instructions and a return address.


3. Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

 

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, and you are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or defective.


Exchanges
Need a different size or a replacement for a defective item? Email epathlogcycling@gmail.com and we’ll help arrange an exchange.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items
Certain products may be non-returnable for hygiene or safety reasons (e.g., opened bicycle maintenance products). These will be clearly marked on the product page.

Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund after 10 business days, first check with your bank or card company. Then contact us at epathlogcycling@gmail.com for further assistance.
